This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you use the contact form, it prepares an email in your own email app; the website does not store or send what you type. When you email us, we use your message to reply and keep it for as long as needed for that purpose.

The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.

The PinHeaven platform

When a golf club, golf professional or business uses PinHeaven, it decides what information about its staff, clients and members is recorded. For that information the business is the controller and PinHeaven acts as its processor, under a data processing agreement. Questions about information held by your club or coach should go to them first.

For account information we manage ourselves (such as your sign-in email and our records of organisations and subscriptions), PinHeaven is the controller. We use it to provide the service, keep it secure and handle billing.

Where data is stored

The platform uses Supabase for its database and sign-in, and Vercel to host the website and app. We will list our sub-processors and the regions they use here before launch.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
