Why PinHeaven exists

A golf business runs on many small arrangements: who opens the shop on Saturday, which coach has the junior group, whether the driver reshaft is ready, how many hours went into last month's pay. These usually live in spreadsheets, paper diaries and message threads that do not talk to each other.

PinHeaven started as a rota for a single pro shop and grew one real need at a time: requests and swaps, then the workboard, then coaching, then members and payroll. Every feature was built for a team that uses it every day.
